How we review CrowdStrike

What this site is

CrowdStrike Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not CrowdStrike and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about CrowdStrike across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.

Where the reviews come from

We aggregated 110 published reviews across 6 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real CrowdStrike user, quoted from its original source:

• G2· Verified business-software reviews, heavy on security engineers and IT admins at mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Gartner Peer Insights· Gartner-verified enterprise reviews in the Endpoint Protection Platforms market, the largest CrowdStrike review pool anywhere.
• TrustRadius· Long-form practitioner reviews with structured pros, cons, and use cases. TrustRadius scores on a 10-point scale; CrowdStrike holds 9.0.
• Capterra· Verified SMB-leaning software reviews. Smaller pool, but the closest match to the self-serve Falcon buyer.
• Software Advice· A Gartner Digital Markets site sharing Capterra's review pool. Reviews from the shared pool are quoted here or under Capterra, never both.
• Google Play· Ratings for the Falcon companion mobile app, not the platform itself. Included for balance: it is CrowdStrike's weakest-rated surface.

How we score and tag

Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (security teams, or IT and business generalists), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The headline score (4.2/5) is the plain average of the star ratings across all 110 reviews. It is not a number we made up, and it is not weighted to flatter the product.

Why we publish critical reviews

A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.
